martial arts and aerobics. They usually utilize a variety of kicks, punches, knee
strikes and other self defense moves to develop one's cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, muscular endurance
Participants are also free to choose
between Contact Forms Or Non-Contact Forms of the sport as well.
