commercial centres. He has engaged in the
promotion of healthy lifestyle programs, social enrichment programs,

Shafiq has also conducted exercises for SCDF ORD personnel who
failed in their IPPT, giving advice and guidance on how to get at least
a pass for their next IPPT test.
